Green World Energy is an energy company with 2000 employees which operates in Tirol, Austria. They operate in several countries ranging from Middle- East to Europe. Their main operation is right now extracting fossil fuels such as petroleum and sell it in the European market. However, they want to engage more in renewable energy sources because of the increased environmental issues all over the world. In addition, they want to increase efficiency with the ongoing processes to decrease the harm done to the environment.


The company wants to implement the OKRs system to its operations to be able to track down the performances of departments, teams and employees.
