Full Success=Big Mistake

If you complete your OKR process with almost 100% success, that means something went badly.

‘Cause key results should be hard to reach, 100% success is not expected. If this is realized, problem may be originated while determining key results, or objectives.
In order to correct the situation, next quarter’s objectives and key results should be reasoned. They should be closed to ideal, not to the exact goal in the real world.
